Henley Fort is a Victorian Fort built during the late 19th Century to protect London from invasion by the French; later it was used by the Home Guard in World War 2 as a re-supply depot. It is now an outdoor education facility offering groups a chance to take part in challenging activities or a living historical experience. We are open seven days a week, all year round for both day and residential visits, perfect for all school ages. (Group sizes up to 100)

Kenilworth Castle & Elizabethan Gardens provides school trips & educational visits with great tours, exhibitions & interactive workshops, explore the Tudor gardens, medieval kitchens, great hall & Caslte or walk around the almost complete outer walls.

At the National Science and Media Museum Bradford, your school or educational group will have the chance to explore the science of light and sound in Wonderlab, the history of photography in the Kodak Gallery, as well as our fantastic temporary exhibitions.

Located on the scenic border of Dorset and Somerset, the Magdalen Farm Environmental Centre offers immersive, hands-on day trips across its 132 acres of organic farmland and diverse nature reserves. These visits allow students and groups to engage directly with sustainable agriculture through activities like feeding farm animals, harvesting organic vegetables, and learning about the journey of food from soil to plate. The centre provides a wide array of curriculum-linked programs, ranging from "Survival in the Wild" bushcraft sessions to scientific "river dipping" studies where participants can wade into the shallow River Axe to examine local biodiversity. Sustainability is woven into every experience, often culminating in eco-cooking sessions using outdoor cob ovens and fresh ingredients gathered directly from the sprawling kitchen gardens. Furthermore, Magdalen Farm is widely recognized for its inclusive environment, offering SEN-friendly facilities and specialized staff to ensure that learners of all abilities can safely explore and connect with the natural world.

Field Studies Council Epping Forest Centre sits within an area of 2,400 hectares of wood-pasture a Site of Special Scientific Interest/Special Area of Conservation, it has six classrooms/facilities, including teaching sites within woodland, grassland and river banks.

Field Studies Council Bishops Wood is Surrounded by stunning ancient woodland and has a unique, sustainable centre building. Students will experience woodland wildlife including a large pond and several outdoor learning areas. Perfect for Biology/Ecology /green awareness.

With activities including archery, bike trails, climbing, or water sports, Laches Wood Outdoor Education Centre in Staffordshire challenges students with real-world scenarios  on residential adventure breaks. Located in the Peak District National Park Crowden Outdoor Education Centre Derbyshire  provides high quality outdoor education either on a residential or day activity basis. The instructors are all qualified and experienced outdoor practitioners, students will take part in adventure activities that include; Bushcraft, DofE, rock climbing, cave exploration, kayaking, stream scrambling, zip wire, archery and team-building exercises. Accommodation comprises of 40 beds spread across 14 bedrooms.
