The Long Barn is a traditional barn providing comfortable, affordable and self catering bunkhouse accommodation for up to 31 students and teachers on a residential school trip. Situated on a working organic farm set in beautiful countryside in Capel Dewi, in West Wales, the location is ideal for school trips, outdoor pursuits, and educational field work. Long Barn being only half an hour from the coast that offers beautiful beaches and coastal walks, a school trip here can support key learning skills for students, whilst being fun & adventurous at the same time.

We have an extensive list of on-site outdoor pursuits for your educational day trip with experienced instructors with safety and adventure enrichment challenges a top priority for your groups needs.

North Devon Resort is a great place for an exciting school trip. Situated in the heart of picturesque Ilfracombe and just minutes away from award-winning beaches and the sea cliffs of Exmoor National Park. It is the ideal location for an action-packed school trip for students of all ages.  North Devon can accommodate 500 individuals.

Field Studies Council Slapton Ley is located within South Devon close to field sites in Dartmoor National Park and cities such as Plymouth and Torbay. Students can study and experience many outdoor environmental issues in locations from coastal to country and urban areas.

Portland Outdoor Centre is located in two historic Victorian hotels overlooking the picturesque Portland Harbour in Dorset, providing an ideal setting for outdoor educational adventures. Our centre specialises in tailored adventure programs led by experienced instructors, complemented by fully catered residential accommodation for up to 140 guests, making it perfect for schools and educational groups. Bendrigg Trust is a Specialist Outdoor Education Centre for SEN based in Kendal, Cumbria which focuses on providing adventure activities for students and pupils of all abilities, including those with profound physical disabilities and special educational needs. Residential packages include accommodation, food (which is provided throughout the duration of your stay), and a full programme of adventure activities (Group sizes up to 64)
