Thames Young Mariners is surrounded by 25 acres of public open space, which has been designated as a local nature reserve. Located near London, Thames Young Mariners is the ideal location for London borough schools and organisations to visit. We offer bespoke outdoor experiences and each visit either day or residential school trips for all school ages. (Group sizes up to 90)

Our mission is to ensure no barriers exist which we achieve by offering leading facilities and experiences that enable us to provide extraordinary support to all students. We firmly believe that accessible to everyone means everyone; mainstream schools, academies, independent schools, special schools, specialist resource bases, pupil referral units and anyone else who could benefit from our tailored programmes. At The Burwardsley Conway Centre, there is a replica Iron Age Roundhouse. Here, pupils can learn about the culture, art, and farming from this fascinating period. With off-site: water sports to on-site: immersive arts, pond study, mini-beast study, environmental art, storytelling and archaeological dig which can all be tailored to your students needs. Our accommodation comprises of 40 Students and 6 Staff in two dormitory's.

Henley Fort is a Victorian Fort built during the late 19th Century to protect London from invasion by the French; later it was used by the Home Guard in World War 2 as a re-supply depot. It is now an outdoor education facility offering groups a chance to take part in challenging activities or a living historical experience. We are open seven days a week, all year round for both day and residential visits, perfect for all school ages. (Group sizes up to 100)

Calshot Activities Centre Southampton provides a unique setting for adventure enrichment school trip experiences, where students can enjoy a wide range of adventurous activities to help improve mental and phsiycal wellbeing with highly experienced instructors. The centre provides residential accommodation for 180 over four building and staggered sittings in the dining hall.

Pinkery is Exmoor National Park’s Centre for Outdoor Learning. Built as an upland farmhouse, the original building has been expanded to create a unique moorland off-grid residential centre. located in its own wild moorland valley over 400 metres above sea level valley in the heart of Exmoor's Dark Skies Reserve. Offering 4 dorm accommodation with its own ensuite facilities and sleeps 44 so typically can cater for groups of up to 36 pupils and 8 staff , self-catering or catered kitchen with common room. We welcome groups from Key Stage 1 to University and beyond.
