The Scottish Adventure Residential School Trips is a professional outdoor adventure center offering a wide range of activities and experiences for school groups and families seeking adventurous activities and unique residentials. Located in the breathtaking landscapes of Crieff in Highland Perthshire, our center provides an ideal setting for unforgettable outdoor experiences.

Our center can accommodate groups of up to 130 pupils, and we offer flexible packages ranging from 2 to 7 night residential trips, ensuring a perfect fit for your school’s schedule.
What makes you a great group accommodation choice for a school trip or educational visit
Sharing a site with Ardvreck, an independent prep school on the edge of Crieff, we have shared use of 40 acres of gorgeous grounds with views to the nearby mountains. There is plenty of space to unwind between activities in a safe and easy to supervise environment.

- Swimming pool (needs to be supervised and is used as a back-up activity in bad weather)

Group sizes catered for
We have two accommodation buildings which sleep 80 and 50 respectively in dormitory accommodation with en-suite shower rooms in each dorm.
There are also adjoining staff apartments for accompanying adults with 4 bedrooms plus a separate kitchen, living room and bathroom facilities.

Dorm rooms with between 6 and 20 beds in each room. Each dorm has en-suite shower and bathroom facilities.

Pricing
Trip costs vary according to the number of activities, duration of stay but we start from £199pp incl VAT for a 2 night residential. All accompanying adults come for free.
First Aid
All of the instructors are qualified first aiders.
Availale facilities
Free wi-fi in both accommodation buildings. A tuck shop can be run by request.
Catering options
Fully catered. Children make their own packed lunches at breakfast time.
Accessibility & Disabled Facilities
We have plans to upgrade one of the buildings with an accessible suite and aim to have this up and running for 2027. We have accessible toilets and are able to adapt many of our activities to wheelchair users and for other needs.
