Croft Farm Waterpark holds the LOtC (Learning Outside the Classroom) Quality Badge, Adventuremark and BAPA accredited. The watersports provision is accredited by AALS (Adventure Activities Licensing Scheme).
Group sizes


Activity groups can be up to 15 students, with a typical instructor-to-child ratio of 1:12. We cater to primary and secondary school groups, and specific age ranges may be required for certain activities to ensure safety and appropriateness.
Room sizes, types


Most groups stay in heated chalets for 2 to 4 people, conveniently located near toilet and shower blocks. A favourite option for schools are the cosy, Scandinavian-style log cabins, sleeping up to 8, featuring a basic living room, en-suite facilities, and a spacious veranda for storing wet gear. Teachers enjoy twin-bedded rooms with complimentary bedding, tea and coffee, and exclusive access to separate shower and toilet units. There’s also a dedicated retreat area for adults, complete with comfy seating and refreshments.
Risk assessment


We provide comprehensive risk assessments for all activities and facilities at Croft Farm. These assessments are available for teachers to review prior to their visit. Our risk assessments cover all aspects of safety, including activity-specific risks, site security, and emergency procedures.
Photography, Filming & Audio Restrictions


Groups are authorised to take photographs, film, and audio recordings during their visit of their own group provided they meet the policies of their school. However, we request that any media captured is used respectfully and in accordance with our safeguarding policies.

Our pricing structure varies depending on the type of visit and the age group. Prices are typically broken down per child, with discounts available for larger groups. First Aid


We have a first aid station on site, and all our instructing staff are first aid trained. Groups do not need to bring a qualified first aider, but it is recommended. Our staff are equipped to handle minor injuries and emergencies.
