By visiting Hautbois Activity Centre in Norfolk on a school trip you can put some fun into the National Curriculum - all our activities encourage healthy living and help make exercise more exciting for your students to experience many fun and challenging outdoor pursuit adventures. All our activities are linked to specific sections of the curriculum. Group accommodation 6 to 200 plus, we also offer a full range of catering options to meet all dietary needs.

St Michael’s Environmental Education and Residential Centre is located in the heart of the Peak District National Park and has been welcoming school groups for over 30 years (run by Notts outdoors). With a wide range of outdoor learning group activities, facilities and accommodation options for school groups, this is a perfect place for a residential school trip or day trip adventure experiences. Your students will have an unforgettable residential stay.  

Plas Menai National Outdoor Residential Centre in Wales offers schools enrichment outdoor and indoor adventure activities including water sports. Experience the ultimate premium on-site accommodation, with full-board options to cover all your catering needs. Whether pupils are at Key Stage 2, 3 or 4, an activity trip to Plas Menai will not only meet curriculum requirements, but will provide them with a truly memorable experience. Internationally important tree collection that is managed by the Forestry Commission. Westonbirt is a great place for students of all ages to come to experience the outdoor environment, learn through exploration, inquiry, investigation & natural play. Most sessions last 1.5 hours and are linked to the National Curriculum. Wherever possible we will be happy to adapt and tailor a programme to suit your educational needs.

Freshwater Bay provides school groups with a 2 hour guided coasteering adventure around the stunning Freshwater Bay, offering a new exhilarating outdoor activity for students to the Isle of Wight. Coasteering is an adventure sport that treats the natural environment as a giant eco playground and is frequently used as a reward trip for school groups.

School trips to Hastings Aquarium are an incredible underwater journey for all your pupils. Hastings Aquarium welcomes schools and groups of all shapes and sizes making school day trips fun and exciting. There is also an optional guided tour by our knowledgeable and friendly zoo team aimed at primary school aged children, teaching them more about fish and our oceans.

Why is white chocolate white, but milk chocolate brown? How are your shoes linked to the rainforest? What is a tenrec? Find the answers to these questions, and many more, as you explore our 4 spectacular glasshouses and 15 acres of flourishing gardens. With over 20 cross-curricular teaching sessions to choose from that are specifically aimed at the different key stages, and all of which link to the National Curriculum, Birmingham Botanical Gardens and Glasshouses offers an educational visit like no other.

The Jarman Centre is perfect for outdoor residential trips. Set in 18 acres of private woodland just outside Newmarket, the Jarman Centre is a nature haven, with a variety of wonderful activities for a brilliant outdoor adventure stay!

TYF Adventures Residential School Trips in Pembrokeshire offers a wide of range of outdoor activities, courses and workshops for school groups of all ages and provides educational groups with residential school trips experiences.  The main mission is to inspire students to enjoy adventures connected to nature and the environment on an exciting and thrilling school day out. TYF can offer half board, full board and self-catering. (Group sizes up to 150)    

Benmore Outdoor Centre Loch Lomond Scotland is located in the magnificent Benmore Botanic Garden. The scenic location and highly skilled, experienced team provide outstanding outdooe residential enrichment learning experiences for schools and educational groups all year long.

Pinkery is Exmoor National Park’s Centre for Outdoor Learning. Built as an upland farmhouse, the original building has been expanded to create a unique moorland off-grid residential centre. located in its own wild moorland valley over 400 metres above sea level valley in the heart of Exmoor's Dark Skies Reserve. Offering 4 dorm accommodation with its own ensuite facilities and sleeps 44 so typically can cater for groups of up to 36 pupils and 8 staff , self-catering or catered kitchen with common room. We welcome groups from Key Stage 1 to University and beyond.

Field Studies Council Slapton Ley is located within South Devon close to field sites in Dartmoor National Park and cities such as Plymouth and Torbay. Students can study and experience many outdoor environmental issues in locations from coastal to country and urban areas.

Nettlecombe Court Field Study Centre is located in a valley at the edge of Exmoor National Park. The country mansion is set within heritage parkland, ancient woodland and is near an SSSI due to its lichen communities, great for Conservation studies.

Situated on the beautiful Hampshire coast, Stubbington Study Centre offers a wide range of exciting outdoor learning opportunities with environmental,  team building and educational themes.  Stubbington is the perfect venue for school residentials, reward trips ans also educational group experiences and much more.  With a variety of habitats for wildlife, huge play areas and only a five minute walk to the beach, a visit to Stubbington Study Centre will make school trips unforgettable again. (Group sizes for up to 112 children)
