Group sizes catered for


Condover Hall can accommodate large groups, with the ability to sleep up to 500 guests in total. Activity groups can be up to 15 students, with a typical instructor-to-child ratio of 1:12.
Room types, sizes


Students stay in multi-bedded dorms with 4-12 beds, most of which have en-suite facilities. Larger groups may have the option to take over entire accommodation buildings to keep everyone together. All blocks are separate from the main hall, close by, and set in a secure area. Teachers enjoy twin or single rooms, mostly en-suite, with flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee facilities, and complimentary bedding. Adult lounges in most accommodation blocks offer leather chairs, flat-screen TVs, and kitchen facilities, providing a cosy retreat once the children are settled.
Risk assessment


We provide comprehensive risk assessments for all activities and facilities at Condover Hall. These assessments are available for teachers to review prior to their visit. Our risk assessments cover all aspects of safety, including activity-specific risks, site security, and emergency procedures.
Photography, Filming & Audio Restrictions


Groups are authorised to take photographs, film, and audio recordings of their own group during their visit in accordance with their school’s policy. However, we request that any media captured is used respectfully and in accordance with our safeguarding policies.

Our pricing structure varies depending on the type of visit and the age group. Prices are typically broken down per child, with discounts available for larger groups. First Aid


We have a first aid station on site, and our instructing staff are first aid trained. Groups do not need to bring a qualified first aider, but it is recommended. Our staff are equipped to handle minor injuries and emergencies.
