The School Travel Company specialises in school trips in the UK, Europe, and beyond for schools and youth groups. We help young people enjoy learning experiences outside the classroom while giving teachers the confidence to make them happen. We offer educational trips, residential trips, and day trips, taking care of every detail to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and rewarding school trip. We aim to make school trips simple by handling all the planning and organisation, so teachers can focus on what matters- the students.

At The School Travel Company, our team has been helping teachers plan school trips and educational tours for over 30 years, making the process clear, straightforward, and well supported. You’ll have a direct contact to guide you every step of the way. We’ve also recently launched the Vamoos app, which has everything you need including tickets and your itinerary in one place, making your trip simple and seamless.

We are ABTA & ATOL protected and have our LOtC Quality badge. We are also members of the STF Forum.

All our tours can be tailored specifically to meet the needs and requirements of the group. We have many subject-related tours which have the relevant links to the Key Stage & Curriculum.

We have no maximum allowance in terms of group sizes but a minimum of 20 applies in most cases. We can arrange back-to-back itineraries for tours with multiple coaches.

Most attractions we use offer Educational Resources which can be linked to the Curriculum, and these are created by the visits directly.

Teachers will gather permission from parents, and if allowed will send us the imagery

• We provide a Package Price to schools which is advertised per child/student regardless of age. Student rates normally apply to 4–18-year-olds.
• We have Multi Booking and Loyalty discounts available
• Our free place ratio is 1:10 so with a group of 40 children travelling, 4 teachers would travel free of charge.
