Rock UK Frontier Centre in Northamptonshire is an outdoor adventure centre and is passionate about developing young students by bringing adventure into learning in the outdoors. The activities are offered all year round to schools and educational groups. (Group sizes 6 to 239)

Much of the YHA hostel network is available for use by groups and schools. We offer both group accommodation that's great for teacher-led residentials as well as complete packages. Unless stated the hostel is bed and board only.

YMCA Fairthorne Manor offers adventurous residential trips for school groups of all ages. Residential visits provide excellent opportunities for children to learn beyond classrooms and provides pupils with enrichment learning through valuable life skills and challenges. Buddens Centre in Dorset is an amazing residential and day trip experience for primary and secondary school pupils. Buddens offers school groups the chance to both explore the beautiful natural environment of Jurassic Coast and take part in a once in a lifetime activity.  

The DeanField Outdoor Centre Gloucestershire, offers school groups ages 8 and upwards enrichment residential adventure activity stays. With experienced instructor lead activities such as archery, bushcraft, field studies, orienteering, team building, water sports and lots more! Group size accommodation (99 max) comprising of dorms and ensuite teacher rooms (100+ on day visits). Fully catered or self-catered kitchen available for groups at weekends and in school holidays.

Field Studies Council Epping Forest Centre sits within an area of 2,400 hectares of wood-pasture a Site of Special Scientific Interest/Special Area of Conservation, it has six classrooms/facilities, including teaching sites within woodland, grassland and river banks.

Astor Hostel York, part of Astor Hostels Group, is set in a beautiful Grade II listed Victorian building, just a 10 minute walk from the historic centre of York. Flatford Mill Field Studies Centre Colchester is the first and original field study centre set up in the UK during the 1940’s, educational students can experience a very wide range of curriculum linked topics such as natural history and art courses.

Camping La Savane, a spacious and picturesque camp is close to the pretty French town of Ruoms. Set between two rivers in the Ardèche area of South-Eastern France, it makes the perfect base for organised activities for school groups among forests, caves, and some of Europe’s most beautiful natural scenery. With 4 Villages, Camping La Savane can cater for a maximum of 282 pupils and is offering a fully catered stay.

Castle Head Field Centre is located in south Cumbria between the coast of Morecambe Bay and the Lake District National Park. At the centre they can tailor make courses to suit your students key-stage educational needs.
