Offering amazing and exciting activities such as climbing, foraging and many more Pentre Ifan provides residential adventure learning experiences to students. The centre provides both self catering packages and full catering packages. (Group sizes up to 50)  

School visits to Historic Environment Scotland sites are a great way to deliver the curriculum, by encouraging discovery and exploration outside the classroom.

The Courthouse is part of a fully interactive historical experience run by Ripon Museums Trust, your school group will learn many interesting facts about this 1800 century courthouse such as the Liberty of Ripon, plus step into the dock to be sentenced. Our learning programme can accommodate groups from Key Stage 1 through to university level.

Henley Fort is a Victorian Fort built during the late 19th Century to protect London from invasion by the French; later it was used by the Home Guard in World War 2 as a re-supply depot. The London Archives is home to a wide range of documents, images, maps, films and books about London and is dedicated to ensuring that everyone has access to history and heritage through their Learning Programme.  It is a free public archive focusing on the history of London, from 1067 to the present day.  Each educational session supports the history curriculum at KS1 through to KS4 covering topics such as great fire of London, crime & punishment, World War 2, medicine through time, medieval life and who is a Londoner.
