We know it can sometimes be difficult for schools to afford long residential trips and like you, we don’t think this should mean children miss out. Which is why we introduced our day trips, offering all the adventure of a residential trip, just packed into one unforgettable day!

Our activities are designed to connect them with nature, get involved, have adventures, learn bushcraft skills, have the freedom to explore, have fun and create lasting memories together.

We work together to ensure that every child is seen and heard during their time with us.  We want them to come away feeling strong, resilient and empowered, having had the time of their lives.

Action-packed day trips that spark imagination and creativity

Whether you’re looking for an activity-packed day or more of a back-to-basics adventure, we tailor the trip to you and offer a wide range of options, including:

• An outdoor adventure with climbing, high ropes, pot-holing, and crate stacking.
• A team building day with outdoor games and activities to get groups working together.
• A bushcraft survivor day where children learn practical new skills, including fire lighting, shelter building and wood carving.
• A back to nature day building a love of the outdoors whilst developing key skills that pupils can take back into the classroom.

Adventure Mark

Developing students’ life skills and building their resilience as they explore the outdoors is the aim of our trips.  Activities are designed to inspire every child to get involved and encourage independent thinking, creativity and teamwork.  Whether this is building a shelter together or guiding each other on the high ropes, students learn resilience and the importance of working together through fun and exciting activities.

1 free teacher place for every 10 students.

We have qualified first-aiders on site at all times.  .

We aim to be as inclusive as possible and although woodland based with natural limitations, the centre has disabled facilities.  Please contact us to discuss individual requirements.
