What does your venue offer on a school trip


Our original centre founded in 1976, Rockley Point is based in beautiful Poole Harbour – Europe’s largest natural harbour. Possibly the most highly regarded sailing centre in Britain it uses some of the UK’s safest and most idyllic sailing waters.
At Rockley point we offer a wide range of wartersports like sailing, windsurfing, paddleboarding, kayaking, canoeing, catamaran sailing and raftbuilding.

We are based in Poole harbor which is the 2nd largest natural harbor in the world and a site of scientific interest so is rich in beautiful scenery and wildlife. Rockley point is based on a golden sandy beach surrounded by safe and shallow waters.

What is typically included on our school trips


Our flexible learning programme – full day, half day or 2-hour sessions are aimed at enhancing relationships, improving communication and developing valuable new skills as well as being fun!
Group sizes


Here at Rockley point we work on typical activity groups of 1:8 for our range of activities at Poole Park with our youngest age that we can provide activities for being 6 years old.
Do we provide materials and resources?


Yes.
Photography, filming & audio restrictions?


None. We encourage groups to take photos and videos and share these with us where possible.
Risk assessments


We provide up to date risk assessments for all centers and activities that we review yearly based on the previous seasons experience.

Clothing requirements


A full kit list is sent out to schools before arrival onsite so schools are aware of exactly what is required.
