All PGL centres hold the Learning Outside the Classroom (LOtC) Quality Badge. This recognised award is a trusted benchmark for safe, high-quality learning experiences, and for most schools in England and Wales it’s all that’s needed to meet risk assessment requirements. Our travel partners are fully licensed and audited, and PGL’s centres, activities and safety processes are independently inspected through AALA, Adventuremark and BAPA. Detailed risk assessments for activities, centres and coach travel are available upon request to support your trip-planning requirements.
Photography, Filming & Audio Restrictions
Groups are welcome to take photos and videos, but only where it is safe and appropriate to do so.
Cameras must not interfere with activities, require hands needed for safety, or distract participants. Selfie sticks are not permitted, and any helmet, chest, wrist or other mounts must be approved by the Senior Activity Team.
Around centre grounds, photography is generally allowed, but you must have permission from anyone you film. No photos or filming are allowed near accommodation, changing areas or toilets.
