Located on the Isle of Cumbrae, Firth of Clyde the field study centre has a rich history as a marine research station. Now its purpose-built accommodation and teaching spaces have been created to provide an excellent range of courses for school groups.

Field Studies Council Epping Forest Centre sits within an area of 2,400 hectares of wood-pasture a Site of Special Scientific Interest/Special Area of Conservation, it has six classrooms/facilities, including teaching sites within woodland, grassland and river banks.

Close to London but with the tranquillity of a woodland location, Gilwell Park is famous throughout the world for its Scouting heritage, beautiful setting and stunning range of activities. We have 108 acres available for fun and adventure and for young people to experience the freedom of the outdoors. For over 100 years, we’ve delivered safe, challenging and educational experiences to millions of young people.

The Web Adventure Park York in North Yorkshire is a fantastic attraction for all school ages whatever the weather is, with a huge indoor and outdoor play centre.  From climbing and park area, children's ride-on to animals, rides, your students will never get bored on a fantastic day trip to Web Adventure Park.

Pinkery is Exmoor National Park’s Centre for Outdoor Learning. Built as an upland farmhouse, the original building has been expanded to create a unique moorland off-grid residential centre. located in its own wild moorland valley over 400 metres above sea level valley in the heart of Exmoor's Dark Skies Reserve. Offering 4 dorm accommodation with its own ensuite facilities and sleeps 44 so typically can cater for groups of up to 36 pupils and 8 staff , self-catering or catered kitchen with common room. We welcome groups from Key Stage 1 to University and beyond.

Argoed Lwyd Outdoor Education Centre Wales delivers fabulous residential school trips where students can take part in a number of challenging adventurous activities to enrich their learning with highly experienced instructors. Your educational group can explore the natural environment that surrounds this educational centre which can accommodate up to 46 people. In the warmer months, we can also offer camping for groups, extending our capacity to 66.

Field Studies Council Margam Discovery Centre is situated within Margam Park, an 850-acre country estate, with easy access to a wide variety of field sites on the Gower ANOB and Afan Forest Park, perfect for school and educational group experiences.

Conveniently located near the M25, East Sussex, and West Sussex, Scout Adventures Broadstone Warren offers the perfect setting for a night under the stars. Nestled an area of outstanding natural beauty, this 400-acre site in Ashdown Forest features secluded woodland campsites, indoor lodge accommodation, and direct forest access. Patterdale Hall Residential Adventure Learning Centre Lake District is on 80 acres of beautiful grounds, allowing access straight onto the Lakeland fells for walking, mountaineering and so much more that will keep your students active and excited. Programmes are expertly created to meet the needs and objectives of your school groups of all ages. Patterdale Hall predominantly offers full catering options. (Group sizes up to 71)

Located between Norwich and the North Norfolk coast, The Horstead Residential Centre is an outdoor education and adventure Centre for children and young people. The centre delivers bespoke residential and activity day experiences and provides a range of exciting activities and hands-on learning. With full board or self-catering options, the residential centre can accept groups up to 65 students.

Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm Bristol, Somerset offers students everything they need for an educational enriched, fun-packed, animal welfare school trip experience. With over 100 different animal species (from chickens to elephants!) providing a great learning opportunity for all ages and abilities covering many topics that focus on conservation, wildlife and the environment.

Essex Outdoors Danbury Adventure Activity Residential School Trips offers loads of fun -from canoeing to a powerboating or zip wire- and group accommodation for your students on a well deserved school trip. Danbury also provides outdoor camping as well indoor accommodation with full catering. (Group sizes up to 450)

By visiting Hautbois Activity Centre in Norfolk on a school trip you can put some fun into the National Curriculum - all our activities encourage healthy living and help make exercise more exciting for your students to experience many fun and challenging outdoor pursuit adventures. All our activities are linked to specific sections of the curriculum. Group accommodation 6 to 200 plus, we also offer a full range of catering options to meet all dietary needs.
