These programs are aimed at providing adventurous activities and experiences where students can learn, achieve and develop key life skills in a safe environment. What does your residential centre offer school trips
Adventure 4 You is an outdoor activity center offering a variety of water and land-based adventurous activities and experiences.
We have a unique camping experience in wooden barrels, safari tents and a converted double-decker bus all with electricity. Individual showers and toilets. Large kitchen with dining room. We cater for up to 80 people across all accommodation types. Only one school is on site for groups of more than 20. Separate teacher accommodation and lounge arctic cabin next to wooden barrels and safari tents.
Outside covered marquee/picnic area with benches, sports equipment and games area.
New for 2026 outdoor theater area with seats for talent shows, karaoke, talks and movies and a new covered sports area next to the accommodation.

We hold the Learning Outside the Classroom (LOTC) badge and are approved by Adventure Mark.
Room types, sizes
Each of the 6 Wooden Barrels can sleep up to 5 with sleeping mattresses on a bunk bed style
Each of the 2 Safari Tents can sleep up to 18 on double bunk beds.
The bus can sleep 2 downstairs on single beds and 13 upstairs on a mixture of bunk and single beds.
Risk assessment
Our risk-benefit analysis for each activity highlights the benefits of participating in each activity with the potential risks and the controlled measures put in place to reduce the risk. We believe in the importance of teaching children to manage risk. The ability to manage risk and understand consequences is an essential life skill.
Before the visit you will receive a final schedule detailing food requirements and allergies, risk-benefit analysis for all the activities, insurance details, site risk assessment, a site map with accommodation to plan for sleeping arrangements for the duty night staff) and kit list.
