We offer flexible booking options, including bespoke packages and individual activity  bookings, suitable for primary, secondary, post-16 and youth groups.

Our exclusive student package at Urban Fun Reading is designed for ease and requires a  minimum of 10 students.

All visits are scheduled to ensure a smooth, well-structured experience.

We do not provide formal curriculum-based materials.

However:

• Activities naturally support group development and engagement
• Our team supports the running of sessions on site
• We can help structure visits in advance where needed

Supervision of students remains the responsibility of school or group leaders.

Photography and filming are permitted for personal and educational use, subject to  safeguarding policies and consent.

Please be mindful of other guests when taking photos or video.

Urban Fun Reading may take promotional images, always in line with safeguarding  guidelines and permissions where required.

– Bottomless soda

Suitable for KS2, KS3, KS4, post-16, college and youth group visits in Reading.  Staff attending in a supervisory capacity are not charged.

Bespoke bookings are available on request.

Add-ons such as AR Darts are also available.

Urban Fun Reading offers a range of facilities suitable for school and group visits,  including:

• On-site toilets
• Disabled access
• Indoor seating areas for groups (please make us aware if these are required when  booking)

Urban Fun Reading is a cashless venue.

Groups are welcome to bring their own packed lunches, which can be accommodated on  site with prior agreement. However, we are unable to store or refrigerate lunches on the  day. Please contact us in advance to discuss your group’s requirements.
