Long hair must be tied back and jewellery removed to protect yourself from injury or damaging our equipment. Sportswear/PE kit is perfect for activities, we recommend long sleeves for the slides, but if you would prefer short sleeves this is absolutely fine our team will brief everyone on tucking elbows in.
First Aid

We run an exceptionally safe facility and do not have trampolines, so the risk of injury is minimal when following the safety information provided in your pre-entry briefing. We will however always have a qualified first aider on site in the unlikely event someone is injured or ill. Teaching staff are welcome to a copy of any first aid forms for your own records.

The nature of our activity offering is physically demanding, and so not suitable for all, but groups are welcome to perform a site visit and discuss with our team how we can include your student/group.
- We have two disabled parking bays outside our entrance
- There are no stairs or ramps to enter our building, the accessible toilet is on the ground floor and we have a lift to the 1st floor (café) for those who may have difficulty using the stairs. The equipment area itself has limited accessibility and the equipment involves stepping up on platforms to reach. If you would like assistance moving through the building, or, table service in our café please just let us know and we’ll be happy to help.
- The activities are physically demanding, we advise discussing with a medical professional before participating if you are unsure.
- For those sensory sensitive, please be aware we have flashing lights and loud music. For school bookings and private hires we can play your own playlist, adjust volume levels and lighting to accommodate your groups needs. Ear defenders may be worn on the equipment if this makes your pupils more comfortable. If the environment becomes overwhelming, we’ll be happy to find you a less stimulating space to take a moment.
- For those sensory sensitive to clothing, please we aware the footwear requirements (socks/trainers) are a requirements and we are unable to make exceptions for your safety. If your group would find wearing session wristbands difficult please let our team know and we can find an alternative to identifying your group (e.g. branded school PE kit or stickers)
