Clothing Requirements
Participants must wear:
- Comfortable sports clothing
- Trousers/leggings (recommended)
- Trainers (no open-toe shoes)
Long hair must be tied back. Jewellery should be removed.

- Multiple staff trained in Emergency First Aid at Work ● Accident reporting procedures in place
Schools are not required to bring a first aider, but may do so in line with their own policy.
