Perfect for school trips, educational visits, EYFS groups, primary schools and SEND groups, we offer hands-on learning in a safe, friendly and engaging environment.
Children can meet a wide variety of animals including rare breeds, alpacas, Highland cows, donkeys, goats, pigs, sheep, miniature ponies, chickens, ducks, rare Eriskay ponies, rabbits and guinea pigs, with opportunities for feeding, interaction, seasonal activities and special activity options for groups throughout the year.

Photography, filming & audio restrictions
Schools and groups are welcome to take photographs and videos during their visit for educational and school use.
We simply ask that visitors are respectful of other guests and staff when filming or photographing on site.
Any commercial filming or photography must be agreed in advance.

Current group pricing includes:
- Children: £3.50 per child
- Adults: £5 per adult
- Under 2s: FREE
- 1 free supervising adult per 10 children
These rates are available for a range of educational and group visits including:

Standard admission prices outside of group bookings are typically £7 per child and £9 per adult.
Additional animal experiences, tailored activities or residential stays at Stonehenge Farmhouse may be available at an extra cost.

Clothing requirements
As Cholderton Rare Breeds Farm is an outdoor farm attraction, we recommend suitable clothing and footwear for the weather and farm environment.
Comfortable shoes or wellies are advised, particularly during wetter months, along with coats, sun hats or waterproofs depending on the forecast.
Some areas of the farm are outdoors and may be uneven or muddy in places.
First Aid
Cholderton Rare Breeds Farm has first aid facilities on site and the majority of our staff are first aid trained.
Schools and group organisers are still welcome to bring their own qualified first aider in line with their usual trip policies and procedures.
