What we offer on a school trip
AirHop can add a dynamic twist to your PE Lessons!
AirHop Chelmsford is home to Essex’s biggest trampoline arena, largest climbing facility and the UK’s largest AirSlides!
Our fun-packed activities come in all shapes and sizes so we can happily create a bespoke session around your needs and requirements. We offer everything from free range jumping to games right through to guided learning designed to improve coordination and balance.
Students will be exposed to a variety of activities providing them the opportunity to:
- Apply learned fundamental skills.
- Utilise physical activity as a tool to manage stress.
- Empower themselves by setting and working toward realistic individual goals.
- Participate in a motivating and nurturing environment resulting in a greater sense of well-being and self-esteem.
- Participate in active learning to stimulate continued inquiry about physical education, health and fitness.

What is typically included on your school trips relating to key stage or curriculum topic information
The basic would be just the jump including socks – starting from 60 minutes including socks at £10pp (this would usually be £15.50 plus £2.90 [under 14s] /£3.00 [over 14s] for socks), longer jumps can be added as well as rooms and food. We can organise games and challenges during the jump depending on requirements.

Risk Assessment
Everyone who jumps at AirHop must complete a waiver. If you’re under 16 the waiver must be completed by a parent or guardian. We recommend doing this online before you arrive.

Clothing Requirements
Comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity – same as to be worn for PE lessons.

Yes, we do and there are always qualified first aiders on site.
Available Facilities
Large café area with mezzanine overlooking the park. party rooms, toilets, only a few changing cubicles but if rooms are hired they can be used for changing.
We allow schools to eat packed lunches in our café/mezz area (no other outside food allowed).
