Tutankhamun: The Immersive Exhibition. Coming to Birmingham this summer for 12 weeks only! 

Journey back in time over 3,000 years and discover the world’s most famous pharaoh in Tutankhamun: The Immersive Exhibition, at the NEC Campus. This award-winning experience for all ages combines immersive projections, VR and metaverse experiences, an AI photo booth and more to bring learning to life like never before. Journey through temples, tombs and treasures as you uncover the mysteries of Tutankhamun’s short but extraordinary reign.

Tutankhamun: The Immersive Exhibition is an engaging, educational experience for UK school children which enriches history learning by exploring ancient civilizations, particularly for those in Key Stage 2, bringing learning to life like never before with cutting-edge technology. 

The exhibition is recommended for ages 5 and above. Younger children may sometimes find it difficult to keep the metaverse and VR headsets on due to size, but the experience is open to all age groups. For larger groups (e.g. around 100 people), we would recommend splitting into two groups – for example, one arriving at 10:00 am and the other at 10:15 am. 

We can provide a pdf version of the experience’s souvenir programme and an educational resource for pupils.  

Visitors are welcome to take photos and videos for private use and share them on your social media channels. Please do so without flash and without tripods or additional equipment. Commercial use of the photos is not permitted – contact us if you are planning such use.
