Photography, filming & audio restrictions
Filming is permitted on park. However, we request that the office is notified and the relevant permission is sourced. We also ask those filming to respect the privacy of other guests.

Clothing requirements
We ask schools to wear a uniform top or PE kit top, or if the school does not have a uniform, to wear a lanyard or wristband, so we can easily identify students to the relevant school staff.
First Aid
We have fully qualified first aid responders on site with a dedicated first aid room. Our staff are also all linked by radio.
Available facilities
We have a gift shop, soft play area with sensory room, three photobooths, dedicated coach parking, hirable lockers, hirable mobility scooters and strollers, multiple food and beverage outlets, benches and open spaces for outside eating/picnics, first aid room, reception, toilets, disabled toilets.
Accessibility & disabled facilities
We have designated disabled toilets. The vast majority of our rides are accessible by a flat surface or a ramp. However, there are some rides that may not be accessible to wheelchair users as they are only accessible by steps. We offer guests with additional requirements ride access passes, to assist with queuing. More details on this can be found on our website’s accessibility page.

Further info
Pleasurewood Hills parking is a paid-for facility. We do not charge coaches or minibuses. However, they will need to provide the numberplates in at reception via our parking tablet. It is the responsibility of the driver to input their number plate. For drop offs and collections, there is a complementary 10-minute allowance before a charge comes into effect.
