Welcome to Tittesworth Water Sports and Activity Centre, nestled beneath the wonderful Roaches and on the border of the Peak District National Park just outside of Leek, Staffordshire. We are a family run business, with over 20 years worth of water sports experience, holding some of the highest British Canoeing qualifications. Our aim for the centre is to enable families, individuals and groups to access a range of outdoor pursuits activities in a beautiful setting delivered to a high standard with high quality equipment.

Based within a truly rural setting overlooking the beautiful Roaches Rocks coupled with outstanding activities participants experience the real natural environment, with stunning scenery and great wildlife such as Grebes, Herons and Kingfishers! As a small business we take pride in offering a truly bespoke and unique experience for each group and our small instructor staff team really do make activities memorable! We hold accreditation with the Adventurous Activities Licensing Authority (AALA) to provide safe outdoor activities to anyone under the age of 18 as well as the Learning Outside the Classroom (LOTC) Quality Badge.

We are also a recognized Paddle UK Delivery Partner enabling us to certificate awards for paddlesport activities!

A visit to Tittesworth Watersports and Activity Centre might include a mixture of both water and land based activities with specific learning outcomes over the duration of a full or half day dependent on the groups requirements. We tailor all of our programmes to fit with the needs of the group, for a personalized programme and quote please do get in touch.

We have enough kit and equipment to have up to 112 participants on the water at the same time.

For watersport activities all equipment is provided such as wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets; additional clothing to bring is detailed in the booking instructions pack.

Each member of staff is appropriately qualified and experienced in the activity they instruct as well as holding an up to date first aid certificate.
