J&K Coaches Provides coach hire for educational groups  within London and the South East services include:

• Day hire
• Long-distance coach hire

Our dedicated 1-to-1 service, professional drivers, and modern fleet provide schools with safe, reliable, and stress-free travel—giving educators peace of mind and students a comfortable journey.

We currently hold a BUSK accreditation

Our NI drivers have enhanced AccessNI and safeguarding training as we are a registered sponsor, currently doing school work. We can also ensure that UK drivers are DBS checks if required.

• Driver & Vehicle Safety: All drivers are DBS-checked, fully trained, and hold valid PCV licenses. Coaches are new or well-maintained, with daily safety checks and full compliance (MOT, insurance).
• Journey Management: We plan routes in advance, schedule safe rest stops, and provide real-time tracking to the school. Clear emergency procedures are in place and communicated to drivers and group leaders.
• Key Protections: We enforce seatbelt policies, safe boarding/alighting procedures, and carry full public liability insurance. Our operator’s license is held with a strong DVSA OCRS score.

All drivers are trained in First Aid

A First Aid Kit is required by law on all our vehicles

Wi-Fi, DVD’s, TV, music, toilets, fridge, wheelchair facility if required.

Yes, some of our coaches are wheelchair accessible vehicles, but we don’t have SEN staff.
