When the group arrives into the UK, one of our Angels will be waiting in Arrivals with a warm welcome. We monitor flights in real time and stay in close contact with coach marshals and transport providers to coordinate accurate arrival times and meeting points, ensuring the handover from the terminal to onward transport runs efficiently. If a coach is delayed, we remain in touch with the company until it arrives—keeping the group informed and providing reassurance throughout.
