What we offer on our school trip adventure activity experiences
Adventure Bristol offers a wide range of exciting activities for primary, secondary and college students. Our fabulous new Tree Tops ropes course, set in Bristol’s beautiful Ashton Court woodland, is the perfect place for a trip away from school (including a residential option), or we can bring the adventure to you at your school. Think team games, situation survival (Escape Room meets the wilderness), climbing wall, archery and flintstone cars to name a few – we have something to suit everyone!

What is typically included on our school trips

Activities include (but are not limited to):

Activity days can be run on schools premises, at our stunning Ashton Court, Bristol location, or at our residential facility. For groups visiting us at our Ashton Court location, options are available to combine with a tour of the deer park and wider estate, the Clifton Suspension Bridge Visitor Centre or the National Trust’s Leigh Woods.
Group Sizes
Groups of less than 10 and up to 400 pupils.
Materials, Resources & Information
We regularly run activity sessions as part of an enrichment or co-curricular programme, during timetabled Physical Education/Sports time or as a transition activity for Year 7s. On this basis, there has been no requirement to date for materials or resources, but we would be happy to discuss providing these on request.

Pricing Information

On-site days start at £15 per pupil, visits to us start at £18 per pupil and residential breaks from as little as £99 per pupil. All prices exclude VAT.
Clothing Requirements
As our activities are outdoor, we recommend that pupils wear appropriate clothing for the weather on the day of visit. Ideally, clothing should be comfortable and non-restrictive.
First Aid Information
We have first aid qualified instructors.
Available Facilities
Our site is located in the beautiful Ashton Court estate on the outskirts of Bristol. The estate boasts 2 cafes, a picnic area and toilets. Rooms for class activities are also available on request.

Accessibility & Disabled Facilities
Although not SEN qualified, our staff are experienced in working with members of the public with special education needs.
Our location in the Ashton Court woodland means that it is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Opening Times
We are open to schools 7 days a week, including Bank Holidays, from February 1st – December 1st.
