Covid-19 Safety Information:
Welcoming You Back Safely
We’re delighted to be able to welcome school groups back to Cadbury World from Monday 19th October.
The health and safety of our guests and employees is our number one priority and with this in mind, we have introduced a number of changes to how we operate Cadbury World. Our team have created a detailed plan in line with new safety requirements; from enhanced cleaning regimes to reduced capacity and social distancing measures, all to keep everyone safe whilst they enjoy our chocolatey world.
Booking your visit: All school bookings must be made in advance by calling our reservations team on 0121 393 6004. Or visit the Cadbury World website.
Face coverings: In line with government guidance, face coverings are required for all visitors aged 11+ when indoors at Cadbury World. Face coverings are not required for children aged 10 or under, or for people with certain health conditions as detailed on the government website.
Educational Talks: Social bubbles will have exclusive use of the education classrooms if they have booked a session with us. These will be cleaned and sanitised in between groups. Social distancing will be maintained by our team member and your group.
Showing symptoms: We politely request that if any of your pupils are suffering from any of the symptoms relating to Covid-19, that you don’t visit Cadbury World.
Social distancing: To enable schools to enjoy Cadbury World in their bubble, the number of available admission times have been reduced to provide space for social distancing between bubble groups.
Temperature checks: On arrival all guests and employees will have their temperatures checked with out thermal imaging scanner before entering Cadbury World. If a member of your group have a temperature of 37.8 degrees Celsius or more, no-one within their bubble will be able to enter Cadbury World. With this in mind, we are encouraging all temperatures to be checked before setting off to avoid a wasted journey.
Coach parking: On arrival, please pull up to coach arrivals to unload your coach and head straight to the main reception for your temperature checks. Once everyone has alighted, your coach can make use of our free coach park in the lower parking area. Groups should rejoin their coach at coach departures, please queue with social distancing in mind if other groups are departing at the same time.
The Cadbury World team: Our team have been trained to assist you with staying safe while you are having fun at Cadbury World. In addition, they will all be temperature checked daily when they arrive, they will be wearing face coverings and sometimes visors where appropriate, and they will be regularly washing and sanitising their hands. Team members will also be on hand in all areas to assist guests with maintaining social distancing requirements.
Lunch at Cadbury World: School groups are welcome to bring packed lunches to eat during their visit. To enable your bubble to maintain social distancing requirements, we are offering the opportunity to book a space in one of our marquees for your group to use for 45 minutes. If you would like to take advantage of this, a designated time will be included in your itinerary. Each lunch space will be cleaned and sanitised in between each group.
Cleaning and sanitising: Cleaning and sanitisation regimes have been increased in all areas of Cadbury World. We have also installed hand sanitiser stations in all zones and in both our education facilities and will support all our school visitors to use them frequently.

Testimonials
"I would also like to add how impressed I am with Cadbury's with how efficient and well organized the trip was, which was suggested by Cadbury's employees. I was exceptional happy with the talk and how the whole day went and got positive feedback from students."
"I was overwhelmed by how accommodating you were for us, and the kids had such a brilliant time! Thank you very much for being so willing to share your resources. I've been able to give the kids a quiz today to see how much they have remembered, and they really did take lots of the information in! I'm super chuffed!
