With group stays from one-week to all-summer-long, our all-inclusive rates are great value and open to those aged 13 years and above. Our quiet areas and common rooms are a great place to study hard and socialise harder.

Your group can feel at home with us. Choose from comfortable en-suites in shared flats to private studio apartments. Plus, our optional extras include fully equipped kitchens and ready-made beds – helping your group settle in for a summer of study and fun.

Dependent on our availability, we are able to accommodate groups of all sizes from a minimum of 5 rooms or more. The capacity of our buildings ranges from 50 – 1230 get in touch with your requirements and we will find the right property to suit your needs.

All of our buildings offer either non-ensuite and/or ensuite rooms in flats consisting of 4-10 rooms a shared kitchen and a shared lounge area. We offer accessible rooms, studio flats and premium range rooms as well in some properties, please let us know upon enquiry if this is your preference.

For group bookings including students under the age 18, we require a detailed risk assessment to be completed and sent to us along with a copy of your Safeguarding policy. Please let us know at the time of enquiry if there are under 18s in your group.

We offer bespoke quotes depending on your needs. Our dynamic rates are dependent on the number of rooms you need, length of the booking and the property available. If you are working to a specific budget, please let us know.

Not all of our team members are first aid trained, therefore it is the groups responsibility to ensure, there is a first aid trained member of staff present at all times.

At New Medlock House you’ll find a convenience store on the ground floor, and the city centre, with its buzzing nightlife, shops and culture is just 5 minutes away on foot. Travelling further afield? Oxford Road train station is close by, linking you to Manchester Airport in under half an hour.

Sir Charles Groves Hall is well placed for culture. The Manchester Museum is just a couple of streets over, while the O2 Apollo and O2 Ritz regularly host some of the country’s biggest music acts and are just 15 minutes away by foot. Slightly less exciting but equally as important, nearby Asda and Lidl are ideally placed when supplies are running low.

Rosamond House is well placed for student life in Manchester. Asda and Lidl are both less than a mile away, which is ideal when you need to stock up on supplies. With the O2 Ritz, Manchester Museum and Palace Theatre Manchester all within 20-minutes, you’re also well covered for culture.
