Accreditation and Awards

Our partners have accreditations from BUSK, CoachMarque, Good to Go, and Safe Travels.

All the drivers are DBS checked, particularly for School, College, Nursery & youth group work. If required, driver DBS numbers & certificates can be provided, upon request. The drivers are very experienced at working with young children from Nursery age through to College students.

Group Sizes Catered For

We can provide many different types and sizes of vehicle ranging from 16 – 74.

Seats so are a good fit for a small group or for taking the entire school out using multiple vehicles.

Photography, Filming & Audio Restrictions

Groups are able to take pictures & videos, with prior permission from the driver on the day

Risk Assessment Details

Any Risk assessment details & documents your organization / company needs, such as Public Liability’s Insurance & Vehicle Insurance / maintenance can be provided upon request prior to your travel date.

Pricing Information

Coach & Minibus Hire is specific to each journey. With so may different variables involved (i.e the amount of passengers, distance of trip, timings / length of drivers day, type of Coach, the time of year) we recommend contacting us with your specific details in order for us to take the time to look into getting the best rates available for you, at the time of quoting / booking.

First Aid Information

All vehicles have a first aid kit on board and drivers receive annual first aid training.

Available Facilities

We can supply a variety of vehicles, including vehicles that have DVD Player, Air con / climate control & toilet facilities.

Accessibility & Disabled Facilities

We can offer vehicles that have disabled access and tail lifts for passengers either in standard or fixed wheelchairs, please let us know at the time of enquiring if you would need a vehicle with disabled access.

Opening Hours & Information

Our office hours are 09.00hrs – 17.00hrs Monday – Friday. We do also have staff on call during evenings & weekends, for emergency contact.
