We are a fully managed group transport system with a network of over 600 bus and coach operators across the UK and can offer excellent rates on minibus and coach travel as well as fixed rates if you have regular or repeated bookings. Using our economies of scale and pre-agreed preferential rates we can often offer lower-than-market pricing for you to be able to make a profit when offering bus and coach as part of your packages.

How we can help you in very simple terms;

1.       We offer a user-friendly portal interface for you and your team to request quotes and book coach and minibus travel

2.       Our network of operators blind-bid on your quote to ensure a competitive price (usually within an hour)

3.       You will be assigned a dedicated account manager to understand your business and create an SLA detailing any prerequisites for your journeys or clientele

4.       Our 24/7 in-house operations team will actively manage every booking for you in terms of vehicle checks, the driver’s punctuality and ensuring all trips run smoothly

5.       You will be given the driver’s personal contact details 48 hours before the booking for you or your clients to open your own communications if required

6.       All changes and updates to bookings are live on our e-commerce platform meaning notifications will be sent and accepted by all parties involved to ensure no miscommunications/mistakes in real-time

7.       Operators and drivers in our network must be illegally compliant and insured as well as background checked (if working with minors). All this documentation is available upon request to your company

8.       Our platform also provides multiple logins for your team members with managerial functionality as well as reporting and invoicing facilities

9.       This platform is free for schools to use as all fees are agreed upon with our suppliers

10.   Payments for bookings are completely flexible and tailored to your company processes with credit available for booking efficiency
