Drama Workshops

Drama workshops for schools, provide highly qualified external professional outreach artists with industry experience who can teach at your school’s location. Your pupils will experience exhilarating interactive learning, creativity and imagination. Drama workshops can include physical theatre, storytelling and shows that are designed to complement classroom teaching.

Pupils will learn skills such as improvisation, devising, text work, physical theatre, creative movement, dance, acting, and performing poetry within a group or a monologue.

Drama workshop sessions support cross curricular themes and key stage topics in areas such as History, English, Geography, Poetry, SEN and many other subjects, these subjects would be covered in many of the activities that can be tailor made to your school’s enrichment programme and meet your educational groups specific needs.

Here at UK School Trips we have a variety of fantastic drama outreach companies listed on the site for you.
