ZSL have a range of school visit options to suit your requirements, whether you’re looking for a self-guided trip to take your students on a journey around the zoo or you’re after to add an educational curriculum linked session to build on your topic studied in the classroom. Group Sizes Catered For

Self-guided entry is available for groups of all sizes. Education sessions can accommodate groups of up to 35.

If you would like to book an education session then please call 0344 967 0831, lines are open every day from 8.30am to 5pm. Should you simply wish to book entry to the zoo, then you can book or reserve online. 

Pricing Information

ZSL London Zoo Entry Costs

*Higher Education students are those students studying at Level 5 and above.

Rates are available Monday - Friday only for UK and international schools. However, for special requests please contact Supporter Services.

First Aid Information

At London Zoo the first aid and lost child point is a clock tower in the centre of the Zoo.  If anyone goes missing, please alert a staff member and they will take you to this point.

Available Facilities

You are welcome to bring packed luncheswith you, or there are various catering outletsthroughout the Zoo where you can buy lunch. View the food and drink options here.

* Please note, the Zoo will close at 17:00 for Zoo Nights on the following dates: Friday 7 June, Friday 14 June, Friday 21 June, Friday 28 June, Friday 5 July, Friday 12 July, Friday 19 July, and Friday 26 July 2019.
