We have team members based across the UK and we deliver our workshops nationwide (excluding NI).

A PrimeVR day includes: 

• 4–6 immersive workshops for different KS2 classes
• A unique workshop theme tailored to each class topic
• 16 state-of-the-art VR headsets (shared one between two pupils)

We can work with up to 192 children in a single day, delivering up to six workshops across the school day. Each session lasts 30–45 minutes and can accommodate up to 32 pupils per class, with timings adjusted depending on the number of classes involved.

We provide follow-up recap PowerPoints for every workshop topic. These resources help teachers plan engaging follow-up lessons and consolidate learning. We recommend using the experience as inspiration for creative writing activities such as diaries, stories or letters, based on what pupils have seen and discovered during their workshop.

Teachers and school staff can take as many pictures and videos as they’d like during their workshop.

We may also ask to take some pictures/videos during our workshops to use for our social media pages. However, we will ask explicit permission for this and all children involved will have to complete a permission slip.

We charge a flat rate for the day, so we encourage as many children as possible to take part — up to 192 pupils across six classes. Our workshops start from just £4 + VAT per child, including all the resources mentioned above, full use of our VR equipment, and a dedicated member of our team to facilitate the day.
