What we offer on a school trip
We offer fun for all ages from a miniature inflatable for under 5’s and a big inflatable area for all to enjoy along with an inflatable course for everyone to enjoy racing each other and see who can get the fastest time, our pro course which includes is for the more skilled customer but everyone over 5 is welcome to try it to see how they do, As well as a café to offer hot and cold food/drinks throughout the session. Each session is an hour long unless you purchase a two hour session with us. We also offer birthday parties for anyone which we have two packages which will include our merch, an hour on our park and 30 minutes in the party room for food brought to you and our slushies and ice cream. We also run different sessions such as Mini ninja Mornings specifically for under 5’s where they have a two hour sessions to bounce around and fun with the option of fun group activities for them to join in with run by a member of our staff. As well as that we offer special SEN session on Sunday afternoon so those with specific special needs can enjoy our park without the busyness of regular sessions on weekends, we also offer discounted sessions for big groups.

We offer fun for all ages as well as our friendly staff offering advise to enhance your experience to give you the best chance of completing the course, Also we offer a great range of food and drinks to fuel you throughout the session.
What is typically included on our school trips
For A one hour session you get an hour on the park to do whichever course you would like however many times you would like in that time as well as access to the café to get food and drinks, as well as the option to buy our merch to really look the part during your visit (Our Socks are essential to go on some of our equipment).
Group Sizes Catered For
We cater for all group sizes, although we have a maximum capacity of 90 during normal session times but we are usually willing to work with groups to help fit them in to the schedule and optimize their experience obviously depending on the size of the groups and the needs of the group.
Materials, Resources & Information Provided
In terms of the use of our equipment people over the age of 5 years old can use all of our equipment but will obviously depend on peoples range of ability whether they will actually be able to complete some of the course obstacles, however if they are under the age of 5 years old they will be able to use the under 5’s inflatable, the Main inflatable (But not the big red balls) and our intermediate course (with adult supervision). Each course is manned by a staff member to offer advice and support to our customers or to answer any queries customers may have about use of the equipment. We can provided pictures of the areas available and label which areas can be used by each customer.
Photography, Filming & Audio Restrictions
Photos and videos etc. Are allowed at the park as long as It is only of the people involved with the group and avoiding pictures of other customers being taken involuntarily.
We also request that any group pictures taken and posted on social media that we are tagged using our official social media tags to help with promotion.
Risk Assessment Details
We do have a risk assessment document that we can send upon request and usually sent to group bookings especially schools and companies that come to visit us.

Pricing
For instance, for each child or adult or group. Are there any group discounts? Does a supervising adult go free, for instance with every 10 children? If you have various costs then please give a few examples to give our users an idea of the cost involved.
Our Basic prices are £12.00 per person over the age 5 with an added cost of £1.50 for socks if they haven’t been before they will need these to go on our equipment. For children under 5 they come in for £5 for the hour and do get a free accompanying adult with that to look after the child on the equipment. Anyone just spectating and not taking part on the equipment can come in free of charge and can still purchase stuff from our café. Group pricing can vary depending on the size of the group but discounts can be applied if the group has 15 or more people taking part, But for bookings bigger groups you would need to email our bookings email as the website only allows you to book a certain amount.
Clothing Requirements
We recommend activewear as we are an adventure so you will need comfortable but flexible clothes for example tracksuit bottoms and comfortable t-shirt, also for one of our courses you do need to wear trainers, so we recommend comfortable trainers with grip that are secure on your feet and are unlikely to slip off.
First Aid Information
We have a first aid room on site as well as at least one first aider on site at all times to deal with any injuries or incidents they may happen, so a first aider in the group is not needed but is always useful for information purposes.
Available Facilities
We have on site, Toilets, seating area, Café which people will need money for if they would like food/drink from our café (food availability is subject to the chef’s availability to be there)drinks vary from £1 to £4.95 whereas food varies from £1.00 to £8.00 depending on choice of food , we do have a free drinking tap with cups, we also have free to use lockers for customers to use to keep bags and other belongings safe whilst on the equipment, as well as that we do have a lift to our facilities.
Accessibility & Disabled Facilities
We are DDA compliant as we have wheelchair access to our facilities via a lift as well as designated disabled toilet available for use, we don’t have any SEN qualified staff yet as far as I’m aware.

Other Information
Waviers are to be signed for anyone going on our equipment which can be done online before arrival preferably, must be signed by someone older than 16 years old, under 5’s do not need to complete a form, neither do spectators as they should not be going on the equipment.
