New 3 stream Learning Programme offer at the Jewish Museum, London
Teach authentic Judaism with our new schools programme. We’ve designed a new three stream service for schools which enables you to book the programme that works best for you and your students. Choose from:
- Online Virtual Classrooms sessions
- Outreach Visits to your classroom
- Museum Workshops
Our award-winning sessions are designed for students of all Key Stages to gain knowledge and understanding about Judaism as a living faith and as part of a long cultural and historical heritage. Our expert Learning Team create safe spaces for your students to challenge perspectives, advocate for diversity and build relationships, no matter the setting.
We are delighted to announce our new workshops for the 20/21 school year!
Our Learning Team have been hard at work creating 6 new GCSE Text Study workshops. These workshops focus on key Jewish texts to examine themes such as Sexuality and Gender, Charity and Social Justice, Pikuach Nefesh, and more.
We have also created 4 new Outreach sessions for Primary Schools. Our outreach sessions can be booked for the following topics: Torah, Shabbat, Hanukah and Passover and are available to be delivered at primary schools across London.
All our sessions ensure that the curriculum for teaching both RE Judaism and the history of the Holocaust will not be interrupted. No matter what changes the next term brings you can rely on us to deliver expert sessions to your students.
