A Chocolate Covered Easter at York's Chocolate Story

Throughout April, the attraction have got you (chocolate) covered with a host of fun activities, including masterclasses, guided tours and a visit from the Easter Bunny itself!

The Easter Bunny’s Chocolate Egg Hunt (15th-22nd April)

The Easter Bunny is visiting York for an incredible Easter egg hunt experience. Children will join the Bunny in amazing games and meet colourful characters as they work to find the missing chocolate eggs. Led by costumed characters and starting outside the attraction in King’s Square, before moving to the beautiful surroundings of the Merchant Adventurers’ Hall, this is the perfect way for families to get into the Easter Spirit.

Chocolate Egg Masterclass and Tour (13th-21st April)

Guests can get hands on with a luxury Chocolate Egg Decorating Masterclass, exclusively run by one of the attraction’s professional chocolatiers; craft stunning Easter products while sampling some of the finest chocolate in the world. By the end of the evening, guests will have some incredible personalised Easter eggs to take home and share (or not share!)

Easter Tours (13th-28th April)

The attraction’s award-winning guided tour has been given a seasonal makeover, so you can really discover chocolate this Easter. Ever wondered why York is the chocolate Home of Easter? Look no further. This year our award-winning guided tour will explore the secrets behind chocolate and Easter.

Take a fully interactive journey, unearthing fascinating chocolatey facts along the way. Find out why factory workers used to make solid chocolate eggs; learn just how much chocolate we consume at Easter and discover why York is the perfect place for a chocolate covered Easter.
