At Manor Adventure we put children and education first. A family company since 1991, Manor Adventure is the largest independent company in the school residential sector in the UK handling around 100,000 pupils a year. All profits are re-invested every year meaning our centres continue to improve and get better every year.

Norfolk Lakes Adventure Centre is the premium UK water sport residential centre with 37 acres of lakes. We offer a huge range of water sports from sailing, dragon boating, canoeing and plenty more. The facilities on offer to schools are superb, with accommodation units on either side of a very large indoor facility which offers a range of indoor activities, common rooms for teachers and pupils, and dining facilities. 

Norfolk Lakes is the premium UK water sport residential and boasts and impressive 93% rebooking rate.

We offer over 40 different outdoor pursuit activities. Some of these activities include: Sailing, paddle-boarding, raftbuilding, giant paddle boarding high ropes, canoe & kayaking, archery, climbing, abseiling, caving, obstacle course, and plenty more! 

Our Monday-Friday option allows you to cherry pick all 19 activities during your stay.

Our site has capacity for 300 pupils across six superb accommodation units.

All activity sessions are maximum 12 kids per group

Prices vary depending on what time of your you would like to go. Our prices in our off season start from as little as £119 for two night and nine activity sessions (also included three cooked meals per day) so there are price options for all!

We offer a free adult/teacher place for every ten pupils.

All our staff are first aid trained. We have a duty instructor and duty manager on call 24/7 to help with any requirements.

Canteen, drying rooms, teachers loungers, dining areas, games room, social areas, 24 hour security which includes no public access, secure coded dormitory accommodation, all en suite accommodation.

Fully catered. Three cooked meals per day.
