All the rooms look out onto the River Coiltie and the rolling hills beyond.

The Bunkhouse is located next to the courtyard, a short walk from our restaurant and bar.  The rooms can accommodate groups of up to six persons, however, there are also smaller rooms which can be booked as twin, triple or four bedded rooms. Each room has a separate shower room and WC.

The Bunkhouse can accommodate anybody but it is particularly suited for walkers, cyclists, outdoor adventure enthusiasts, families and large groups.

Each room has been individually designed to compliment the natural surroundings.

The beds have been handcrafted using larch wood from Cromarty Timber by a local artisan.

Each bed has a plug and USB charging point so guests can charge all their devices ready for the next day. There are also reading lights specific to each bunk.

The Loch Ness Inn and Bunkhouse is situated in the heart of the Highlands which makes it a perfect base for exploring the north of Scotland. It is on the route of the Great Glen Way, perfectly positioned to complete two days of the walk.

We have a highly recommended bar & restaurant on-site which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests staying in the Bunkhouse have access to a shared kitchen.

Up to 44 in bunkhouse plus additional group leader / teacher accommodation in the hotel (if required).

No copywrite restrictions, guests are allowed to record / photograph as they please.

Risk assessments are undertaken as a business. Fire meeting points will be discussed upon arrival.

Prices vary depending on time of year. Beds can vary from £20 – £45. Breakfast is not included but can be added for £13 per adult and £6.50 per child. We can offer a dinner, bed, and breakfast package on request too. The Loch Ness Inn and Bunkhouse are happy to give discounts to larger groups.

We have first aiders on site. However, when groups are out for the day they will require their own trained first aider.

Room sizes vary from 4 birth to 6 birth, all on-suite and separate shower room. All rooms come equipped with bedding and towels.
