What we offer on a school trip
Bring your group to Howletts Wild Animal Park in Kent. With 90 acres to explore, the beautiful ancient parkland is home to over 390 animals, including the UK’s largest herd of elephants, generations of gorillas including our baby gorillas, Saffi and Kumbi, as well as monkeys, leopards, giant anteaters and lion cubs, Zemo and Zala.
Join our curriculum linked school talks and workshops that cover a variety of topics for al key stages, watch the animals being fed, walk side-by-side with our lively Lemurs at our Walking With Lemurs experience, run off some energy in the variety of play parks and discover creatures from a forgotten time as you explore Animals of the Ice Age in our leafy Woodland Walk.
See conservation in action. Your ticket will help to fund not only the care of the animals here at Howletts Wild Animal Park but will also support out partner charity’s overseas projects. Howletts work with The Aspinall Foundation to rewild as many of their animals as possible, together we have released more than 75 gorillas back to the wild, 280 primates, 8 black rhino and the plan is to rewild the elephant herd back to Africa.
