What is typically included on our school trips
We offer many sessions, and can tailor each visit specifically to the needs of the group but our most 2 popular sessions are our Multi activity day and the Lasergaming day.
The Multi activty Day consists of half day Laser and half day high ropes. Our new tree top adventure course is an aerial assault course in the trees. It has over 43 challenging elements to negotiate, from our Tibetan Bridge, Burma Bridges, and Floating platforms to our Tarzan swings, zip slides and Black element – Gladiator Rings!
You will start the course with a 30 minute kit up and safety briefing which includes demonstration and you completing a mini-course to ensure you know how to use the safety equipment and how to negotiate elements. After completing this, you will start Zone 1, the first of your challenges. Here you will find elements that prepare you for the rest of your course and check your head for heights. You will cross some bridges, change levels of height and element difficulty, climb some ladders, cross balance beams and finish with our Zip Slide! If you have completed Zone 1 comfortably, then you are ready for the rest of the course.
You will then continue on the rest of the challenge course. you will come across multi-level elements where you can choose what grade of element you complete, if you are still finding your feet you can go for the Blue run, nice and easy, or if you are feeling adventurous you may want to try the red route or brave the black route for the thrill seekers!
There are many ways you can challenge yourself whilst on the course, it may be walking across the wobbly bridge with your hands out to the side, not using the handrails or it may be trying different routes. As you continue your journey through the trees, your confidence will grow and you can challenge yourself as little or as much as you like.
When you finish the final Zip, you will return to the climbing cabin, where you can either hand back in your safety equipment or you can finish the day off with our 13m/42ft powerfan parachute descender – our grand finale Black element. Climb your way up the pole, stand on the platform and see if you have the nerves of steel to take the leap of faith.
After Lunch, you will then be off to the Lasergaming Zones for an afternoon of live action combat gaming. Games based on your favourites such as Call of Duty, Quake, Desert Storm, Starwars etc, our live gaming experience is like being in your own movie or game but the plot is determined by you. No projectiles, masks or paint are involved and the games are team based.
With 7 different gaming guns to choose from and live action role play games, this truly is a outdoor adventure that you do not want to miss!
Also our APC, .30Cal, .50Cal, RPG, medic boxes also feature on these days.
