What does your accommodation or residential centre offer school trips

At Fenland Adventure we offer a range of adventurous outdoor activities for youth and school groups aged 7 – 16. Our offering includes Residential Visits, Activity Days, School Camps and Activity Hire, all of which are affordable, educational and fun.
Fenland Adventure is a family-owned business based in Cambridgeshire, dedicated to providing affordable outdoor learning experiences for young people. We serve the surrounding counties and are passionate about creating opportunities for young people to grow and develop through adventure based activities.
We can all reminisce about our first visit to a residential outdoor centre, taking part in challenging outdoor activities, sharing bunk rooms with friends, and sneaking midnight snacks. These experiences hold a special place in our memories, because they were more than just fun, they were opportunities to grow, learn, and build lasting friendships.
What makes you a great group accommodation choice for a school trip or educational visit

We believe all children should have the opportunity to attend outdoor learning experiences. By keeping our product affordable, we aim to make outdoor learning experiences accessible to all.
In recent years the cost of attending such programmes has increased, leading to many young people missing out on these valuable experiences. Recognising the physical, educational, and social benefits of outdoor learning, Fenland Adventure set out to ensure that young people do not miss out on these life changing opportunities.
Our mission is to provide affordable outdoor learning experiences that allow young people to develop life skills, discover new strengths, and build confidence, all while having fun.
Groups can choose to include NOLA (National Outdoor Learning Award) into their stay. NOLA offers an excellent framework for helping children reflect on their outdoor learning experiences. It encourages them to think deeply about what they’ve learned about themselves, their peers, and the environment during their adventures.
Our residential experiences naturally align with the award’s objectives. Time is set aside during the stay for children to reflect on their experiences and complete the NOLA Record Sheet.
We look forward to sharing the experiences that outdoor learning has to offer!
