What we offer
As the only trampoline park in the Stratford, east London area, ZAPspace is jam-packed with features, including a new-to-the-UK ping-pong jump, a drop slide, a cardio wall, and a tumble lane, as well as large open trampoline areas and dodge ball courts. The venue also features a cafe, a SkyBar (suitable for classroom activities) and changing rooms with showers. There is also a soft play area for very little ones.
What makes us a great choice?
Our indoor trampoline park has a capacity for 92 bouncers, so can cater to class or whole year school trips. We are conveniently based near lots of public transport, and walking distance from Stratford Station, Stratford International, and Stratford High Street DLR, making logistics super easy. We have onsite café and restaurant facilities, perfect for a post-bounce lunch, snacks and refreshments. Food can be pre-ordered in advance of your trip, if needed. Trampolining is a fantastic physical activity, for all abilities. Extra facilities within the park such as dodge ball courts, the battle beam and cardio wall work brilliantly for team building concepts and group work.
What is typically included?
ZAPspace trampolining is for Year One and upwards. School groups must arrive 30 minutes before their allotted time to allow us to process the waivers and show everyone the safety briefing, before one hour of bouncing starts.
Group Sizes Catered For
The parks capacity is 92, so we can cater for groups up to that size.
Photography, Filming & Audio Restrictions
Yes, although they can’t use cameras while bouncing.
Risk Assessment Details
All parents/guardians of pupils need to sign a ZAPspace waiver form, and pupils need to bring this with them to the trampoline park. It can be arranged that these are sent to the teacher/school in advance of the trip.
Education Officer Information
We do not have a specific education officer, but all of our trampoline staff have worked with school trip visits in the past and have experience of dealing with large groups.
School visits are charged at £7 per hour per child (reduced from a standard £12). Further discounts are available for school groups over 60. Teachers go free.
For safety and hygiene, each pupil must bounce in specially designed and approved grip-socks. These are sold at £2 a pair at the venue, and are reusable.
First Aid Information
All ZAPspace managers are first aid trained, and we have first aid facilities onsite.
ZAPcafe – selling light refreshments, coffee, tea, snacks and cakes. A slush puppy machine. The Old Town Bistro (seated capacity of 60) – a sit-down bistro with table service. Offering a fuller lunch menu, and kids menu. Pre-ordered packed lunches can be arranged from here.
Accessibility & Disabled Facilities
As we’re situated in an old theatre, there are some stairs within the building that make access for disabled users relatively unsuitable.
Opening Hours & Information
School trips can be catered for every weekday, during term time, from 9am – 5pm.
