What we offer

We have a wide variety of different attractions within the park, all very hands-on. Step back in time down our Victorian Street, see working farm machinery in our Exhibition Hall, explore the Hall of Transport, full of vintage vehicles, including some that have appeared on TV period dramas like Mr Selfridge and Downton Abbey, hand-feed deer, llama, goats, lambs and calves, take a pygmy goat for a walk, see the baby animals with regular animal handling sessions. Nearly all the main attractions are under cover.

What makes us a great choice?

Located on the beautiful Jurassic Coast and within the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Park extends to over 40 acres, with 2 acres of indoor play, adventure and exhibition space.

We encourage all of our visitors to join in with the animal feeding and goat walking and our team are always on hand to answer questions on feeding, breeding and how they need to be treated if they get poorly. We can design an educational visit suited to your national curriculum topic and the team will give a more detailed talk on each of the animals.

The Park is still part of a working farm today and proudly boasts a collection of vintage farm tractors, machinery, wagons and equipment that maps the progress of farming over the last century and a half.

The Memorabilia museum offers a fantastic opportunity to see what life was like for our not so distant ancestors and includes a Victorian street with shops, a garage and themed exhibits.

The Hawkridge Bird of Prey Centre introduces our visitors to some of the most beautiful birds of prey that share our world, and allows you to enjoy firsthand the thrill of flying these powerful creatures as they soar above the countryside and return to your glove for food.

The Park has extensive indoor and outdoor picnic eating areas that ensure groups can eat together.
