What we offer
Sky High Trampoline Park East Sussex - Whether you are an adrenaline junkie looking for your next high-energy thrill; a parent looking for an exciting yet safe activity for the kids; or just want to try something totally awesome, at Sky High we've got it covered. At Sky High the sky's the limit.
A visit to Sky High is a recreational/p>hysical education trip. Trampolining is incredibly energetic and gets children active whilst having lots of fun. It is a cardioactive work out, so gets the blood pumping; but also is a low-impact way to exercise leg and core muscle groups. It builds core strength and flexibility and best of all, it releases lots of endorphins which help to keep the children happy and healthy (and out of mischief!).
Children can bounce unsupervised (whilst teachers relax in the cafe/viewing gallery) - there are lots of court attendants on duty and a safety supervisor at each activity station.
Bounce sessions are 55 minutes long and include free run of the 11,000 sq ft. trampoline park. This includes wall-to-wall, interconnected trampolines and angled wall trampolines,
What makes us a great choice?
Children love the trampoline park! It is a real treat and will put a smile on everybody's face, as well as giving them a full body, low-impact workout.
