What we offer
Our guided tours teach children in an educational but fun way about animals and birds.
We cover habitats, baby animals, colours, caring for animals, eating habits and much more. Tours can be tailored to suit relevant subjects related to the national curriculum.
We are located in a lovely position in Battersea Park close to the River Thames.
We have free parking for coaches with pre-booked permits.
Groups are welcome to leave the zoo and go for a stroll into the Park and then return to the zoo.
What makes us a great choice?
It is an enjoyable learning session for children and teachers alike. Along with the tour an educational pack is sent which includes information about the zoo and animals. There is time after the tour to complete work sheets in our cabins. We have schools that come back year after year.
