What we offer on a school trip
Woburn Safari Park offers an escape to the wild plains, jungles and savannahs of Africa, without ever leaving the country. A visit to the park, where over 1,000 animals including lions, bears and tigers live in wide open parkland reserves, provides Primary school children with an opportunity to see and get close to many endangered species.
At the heart of the award-winning visitor attraction are the twin roles of education and conservation. Educational groups can combine learning with an enjoyable experience and benefit from discounted rates into Woburn Safari Park. Schools can also benefit from the flexibility of choosing from a selection of educational packages and curriculum-linked teaching sessions.
New for 2019 is the opening of an outdoor classroom, which is opening for bookings from April. Overlooking the parkland home of the largest herd of giraffes in the UK, the new venue will offer schools an al-fresco learning experience, with a range of practical workshops and sessions.
This summer, your students can also enjoy exploring The Great Brick Safari from the 15th June to the 14th July 2019. See if they can spot all of the delightful LEGO® brick animal sculptures in the Foot Safari, completing interactive games and activities along the way.

- Benefit from a free daily programme of talks with sea lions, penguins, wallabies and red panda, as well as demonstrations with parrots and birds of prey.
