Denton House is a purpose built hostel in the heart of the Lake District, offering bunkhouse style accommodation designed for groups as well as sole travellers.

£40.00pppn (Children under 12 is 30.00pppn). Sun – thursday sole use hire £2000.00pn Unfortunately we do not offer sole use at a weekend at a discounted price, If you would like to book exclusive hire of the whole hostel it will be per person/ per bed price (64 beds – £40.00 each )

If you require sole use of a room, (i.e. do not want other guests in the same room as you ) then excess beds must be paid for.

Check in time – 2pm until 5pm. Check out time is 10am (guests can check out or check in late by prior arrangement with us) (same applies)

Catering is for GROUPS ONLY (breakfast / pack lunch / dinners )

We offer a large hostel big enough for big groups such as school groups with 8 different size dorms. This works well if needing to split groups up boy/girl ratio.

Our dining room is ideal for large groups for dining, trip planning etc. We have self – catering kitchens big enough to be used for self catering.we also offer catering to larger groups. Our carpark is big enough for a couple of mini buses and cars if  groups where to travel by there own vehicles.

Large playing field round the back of the hostel can be used when not in season with our camping.

All shared facilities. No on-suites. We have male and females shower blocks, 2 single shower rooms. 8 toilets located around the hostel.
