What does your accommodation or residential centre offer school trips?
At Blackwell Adventure, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional accommodation and residential experiences that cater specifically to the needs of school trips. Nestled in the heart of the Worcestershire countryside, our centres (Blackwell Court and Pikes Pool) offer a safe, engaging, and immersive environment where students can connect with nature and develop crucial life skills. Our facilities are designed to support a wide range of educational objectives, ensuring that every visit is both enjoyable and enriching for students and teachers alike.
Our accommodation options include a well-appointed Manor House, two Glamping Pod Villages and a Pikes Pool Bell Tent village. Each accommodation unit or village is exclusive to the school that books and comes with indoor group social spaces and kitchen facilities that can comfortably host groups of varying sizes.
Our camping areas are beautifully maintained for those seeking a more adventurous experience, providing a genuine outdoor experience with all the necessary facilities to ensure safety and comfort. Our staff are on hand 24/7 to support your group, ensuring that any needs or concerns are promptly addressed.
All of our school residentials come with a group coordinator who will be there during your stay to ensure all your needs are met. The catering is excellent—if you Google our chef, Martin Lovell, you may start to get hungry! All dietary needs are catered for. We will also come to your school and give a presentation to the children and parents. We feel it’s a great opportunity to see what they will be doing and the value of a residential experience.
In addition to our excellent accommodation, Blackwell Adventure offers a comprehensive programme of activities designed to challenge and inspire students. Our outdoor activities include high ropes courses, climbing walls, Zip wires, abseiling, archery, and water sports, all conducted under the supervision of our highly trained and experienced instructors. These activities are enjoyable and structured to foster teamwork, resilience, and leadership skills. We also offer bespoke educational sessions that align with the national curriculum, providing valuable learning opportunities in areas such as personal development and PE.
