Accreditation and Awards
Our standard accommodation has a 3* Visit Wales Campus Accommodation Grading whilst our newest halls at Penglais Farm has a 5* Visit Wales Campus Accommodation Grading.
Group Sizes
During the summer months (June to September) we can cater for residential groups up to 500.
During the academic year our availability is more limited however we can cater for groups of up to 90.
Risk Assessment Details
The University has its own Risk Assessment for accommodation and catering provision and this is provided to all bookings before arrival. We also adhere to our own safeguarding policy which forms part of our Terms & Conditions on booking. Our accommodation undergoes regular H&S inspections, with weekly, monthly, and annual work scheduled into its programme.
Our catering team are experienced in dealing with all allergies and dietary requirements and again this forms part of the booking process.

Prices start from £25.00 per person per night.
We can create a bespoke package for your visit including catering and activities.

Available Facilities
There are several café’s and restaurants on site. The main dining area can seat over 200 guests with a secondary dining area that can seat a further 200. The University can provide bespoke catering packages from B&B to full board catering and we also offer the option of a packed lunch for visitors who are out for the day.There are several café’s and restaurants on site. The University has a range of classrooms, lecture theatres, laboratories, computer rooms and social spaces that can be booked prior to arrival. We have a range of fieldwork equipment and can also offer talks and guidance from our academic staff.
In addition to this the University has first class sports facilities which can be utilised as part of any visit including a swimming pool, gym, sports hall, 4G pitch, climbing wall and more. We also have an award winning Arts Centre at the heart of our campus showing films, theatre productions, concerts and festivals.

Opening Times
The University is open 365 days of the year 24/7 however availability is limited during the academic term.

North and South beach located in Aberystwyth are within walking distance, and nearby Borth & Ynyslas beach with six miles of golden sands and environmentally protected sand dunes, are a short journey by bus or train.
