Nestled amongst the creeks and marshes of the Dengie peninsula and surrounded by farmland, Essex Outdoors Bradwell provides a friendly and intimate setting in which school and youth groups can enjoy a variety of land and water based activities.

Our passionate and enthusiastic instructors are able to engage with children and young people at all levels in order to motivate and drive their enthusiasm for the challenges ahead. Their clear style of communication and encouragement also helps to create bonds within the team as they look to support and encourage each other through each activity.

Teachers and group leaders can focus on ensuring they are getting the outcomes they require and build deeper bonds with their group. All of our activities can help to build trust, responsibility, confidence, interdependence and team work. Whether you are setting sail on the high sea or staying on land, Bradwell is sure to have a package of adventurous activities which will suit your required outcomes, as well as your budget.

Activities available at the centre include archery, canoeing, climbing, crabbing, high ropes, off -oad biking, power kites, problem-solving and sailing. All of the activities include numerous links to the National Curriculum, so whether you’re looking for activities to support the delivery of the curriculum or just an opportunity for your group to have fun, we can provide the right mix of activities for you.
